Our Program
Starting Point offers a unique transitional employment program. Clients gain meaningful work experience while building life skills, with the support of Employment Specialists who help them transition to long-term careers outside of Starting Point.
This program is designed not just to provide temporary support, but to empower individuals to take their next step with confidence. We believe in second chances, lifelong learning, and helping people build a future filled with purpose, stability, and pride.
